US Central Command carried out an 11th consecutive night of strikes on Iran Tuesday, while Tehran says it hit US-linked sites in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain.

US Central Command (CENTCOM) completed an 11th straight night of strikes against Iran late Tuesday, targeting military operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, drone storage facilities and logistics infrastructure, aiming to further curb Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

In response, Iran’s military says it hit US-linked sites in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. Tehran claims to have targeted ammunition depots and logistics equipment at the Doha garrison in western Kuwait, as well as Jordan’s Muwaffaq Salti airbase and Bahrain’s Sheikh Isa airbase.

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth testified before Congress on Tuesday that the cost of the conflict with Iran has now reached roughly $37.5 billion. He and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine requested additional funding to continue operations.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan issued a joint statement strongly condemning Iran’s “indiscriminate and reckless” missile and drone attacks on their territories.

The scale of damage and casualties reported on both sides; whether the conflict escalates further to involve other Gulf states; the outcome of the funding vote in the US Congress.
